It all starts with the moment a potential client (entrepreneur, businesswoman) encounters engaging content from "My Business Home" via:
- A digital advertisement or a social media post.
- A recommendation from one of our partners or our network of contacts.
- One of the professional printed materials or brochures.
✦ Initial contact
When contacting us via phone, WhatsApp, or email:
- You will receive an intelligent response (automated or human).
- You are introduced to the office, services and benefits of free membership.
- You are offered the option to choose the meeting method (remote or in person at the executive office).
✦ Office visit experience
If the customer decides to visit us:
- You will be greeted by a highly efficient and courteous receptionist.
- We offer a luxurious hospitality buffet and informational brochures.
- You will be received in a meeting room equipped with a display screen and upscale facilities.
✦ Introductory and diagnostic meeting
The customer is informed of the basic membership benefits, including:
- 4 hours of free consultation.
- Personal business manager for one month.
- The client is transferred to the account manager's office (executive advisor).
- The manager begins with diagnosis (a thorough analysis of the client's needs).
✦ Disbursement of recommendations
- The account manager issues “executive treatment recommendations” after diagnosis.
- Recommendations are sent to the relevant executive departments (such as marketing, finance, law, decoration, technology…).

- The account manager follows up on the implementation of requests with the department managers.
- The client remains in direct contact only with his business manager (no need to deal with other parties).
